Hunt Area: That portion of Unit 20D south of the north bank of the Tanana River and west of the west bank of the Johnson River excluding the Delta Junction Mgmt Area.
Some of the area is private or military land, and landowner permission is required.
Special restrictions apply on the military land - contact Fort Wainwright DTA (907-873-1616) or Fort Greely (907-873-4202) for details. - Hunters may be restricted to either the east end or west end of the hunt area, with Sawmill Creek as the dividing line, based on most recent population data. Area will be assigned by order drawn and hunter preference.
